challenger dash pad, is it yours?
« on: February 24, 2012 - 02:27:36 AM »
I did some parts trading a few weeks ago and scored a 71 challenger dash pad. The original vin is still attached, and reads JS23N1B287233. It is an A/C dash, apparently for a 71 383 car.

Not mine, but, is the dash pad for sale?  If so, what is the condition and color? And...how much?

It's in really decent driver shape, it has 2 1" cracks in the lower corners of the center speaker opening. It is a black A/C 3 speaker dash. I'm looking at a 72 Cuda and if the dash is good, I may consider selling this one.

I have been applying conditioner and the dash looks really good for its age. I also media blasted the side speaker grills and repainted them. Then I rebuilt the A/C vents.

Before and after media blast. No pictures of them painted off hand.
