When that commercial comes on me and my 3 boys all nod our heads to the beat just like the commercial. The wife just shakes her head and rolls her eyes? :dunno:

It's a guy thing... they'll never understand.... :grinyes:

Check out those 50's Chrysler wire wheels on the Charger---a great looking car.

I like those wire wheels, but only the real wire wheels.  I have a set of the fakey ones with the wire basket, not the same, IMO...

At first glance I thought the KFC Charger wheels were 50's Chrysler but maybe not.  Here is what the real deal looks like.  Photo is from the trunk of my 54 Chrysler showing the original spare tire.

I always see those rims as symbolic of the 50's 300c cars.

Skunkworks, is your car a 300c?  Any pics?

I only wish it was a 300-C.  It's a 54, one year older than any 300's.  It does have the 331 hemi with a 4-barrell and dual exhaust.  It's a 4-door New Yorker Deluxe.  I bought it in 1985 with 59,000 miles and all original everything.  I got hit in the rear in 1995 and the end result was a complete restoration except for the interior which is still original.

Pepsi food is what I call it , they own pizza hut , Taco Bell & KFC all proudly serving greasey low quality "food" ??
I avoid all Pepsi products  :puke:

Political?  The company is listed on the NYSE as YUM brands, they bankroll the Kentucky Derby. I actually like Pizza Hut,
KFC and Taco Bell. Reasonable food at a reasonable price, just MHO. But I prefer Papa Johns, Popeye's and Chipolte!

Can't find any of those around here, but never really looked either.  I don't go out to eat much though.

I kinda like that the Papa John guy found his old Z28.  You guys ever see that story?

I always prefers the rectangular lights below the bumper but liked the split bumper better , apparently never available that way although I have seen a couple converted with both

KFC is now running a contest where you can win the Charger used in the commercial

http://www.autoguide.com/auto-news/2012/03/win-1970-dodge-charger-kfc-contest-video.html

You need to upload a "bring back a classic" photo.
