usually steel washers but with a thin fiber insulator so the steel will not touch the glass

The window stuff is a challenge.
We need a stickied thread on this site on re-installing window glass/ hardware/alignment.

Is it a screw or a bolt?
And for the nut...is it a nut with a built in washer?

Thanks for the help guys!
