Well why dont we all chip in 10.00  a piece to a member who is handling the tent and we should be able to pay for it that way. I been out of work for over 1 yr but i can scrape up 10 bucks to contribute.What do you all think?

Sounds more than fair. Same with chipping in for Jeff with the club lunch on the Saturday!

I've been informed that the tent is taken care of and any donations can be handed out at the show.

So , if we get enough pre registered, do we get a refund on the tent still?

I believe the refund takes affect on the following year, IIRC...  I have no idea what our headcount is these days.  I can probably call them and find out though.
