Identifying Cuda doors
« on: March 17, 2012 - 08:13:21 AM »
My dad is in the middle of restoring a 70 Cuda.....I have reason to believe that the doors are not the same year as the car.....how do I determine so as to buy window felt moldings for said doors?? Is there a difference??

70  is one year only for window felts.   1970 used clips that push down into the slotted hole ( left side of the picture)  71-74 used clips that push straight in. I don`t know what that hole looks like , but I guess it`s square.

I have no idea, just throwing this out there... did the 71-74 have the crash bar in the door and the 70 didn't? :dunno:
