Has anyone used an Adco rear sway bar? Is there any welding? Any problems? Thanks

If this is a 7/8" under axle mount bar, they are designed to bolt in, but you run the risk of tearing the screwed in mounts out of the frame rails. It would be better to weld them in.

I've had one on for 2 years now, so only a little over 1000 miles on it. I have had no problems with it. You have to drill 2 holes in the frame on each end to fish thru a U-bolt. As HP2 said, you could beef up this area so it doesn't tear.

I like the OEM setup (which you can buy all new at Firm Feel). Less unsprung weight.

I had to weld the brackets onto the rear axle. They kept working out and I was losing them. Welded them in and it works great.
