For the purists. Even re-used one of my factory Chrysler seat belt buckle for the window net & adapted my factory woodgrain wheel to the quick release steering wheel hub remover.

25.5 Cert tag

Also got the rear speaker package tray notched around the rear two bars going down thru the trunk to the horizontal upper shock bar.

Awesome car.  Like everyone else, I love the Pentastar for the parachute.  Creativity to match the craftmanship!  Any targets for horsepower with twin turbos instead of single turbo?

At first it will probably be a iron 440 based engine with a ton of nitrous to get it out & start making some passes. Once I finaly get to the big HEMI build with the twins it could easily exceed 2500+ H.P. on lower boost. I may just one the one turbo with more boost & use the second as a spare. I haven't decided yet.

Dang, broke my windshield somehow sitting on the shelf during the whole cage installation process. I went to put it in last weekend & discovered that it has a crack from top to bottom in the center. Anyone have a good used one or know of a good source for a new windshield?

Windshields are readily available. My local auto glass shop had one in a day. I think it was about 250 bucks.

It was kind of nice out the other day so I went out in the garage & mocked up the Hemi & made, drilled & mounted my front & mid plates.

with a project like yours why would you even consider running a glass windshield? For an all drag purpose car why would you not go lexan or something like that?  ...save some weight?

This car is still going to be streetable. As I drive all of my cars. I hate Lexan windows & light weight dzused fastened on fiberglass body parts. I am leaving all of the steel doors & roll up windows in it. The only thing that may be glass is the hood.

Sweet, I was just curious.
I actually have an aar fiberglass hood for my 70, so if you're looking, I can tell you great quality product, great fit. I think it gives me a little bit of extra wiggle room too

I was considering a T/A style hood but I am thinking I may have to go with the extra 5'"tall type scoop like 340rick has on his Challenger on Moparts. Let me know how much you want for it if you decide to sell.
