    Been working on the Challenger hard & heavy the last several months. Here is some pics of the latest progress.

    That looks real nice.  What engine combo will you be running?  I am drooling to get mine on the track to see what she can do but unfortunately my local track is closed right now.  They are upgrading the first 660' .  They should be open come April.  I need to get my cage certified, a new window net, and up to date belts anyway.

    Thanks. Just following the SFI book to make sure everything passes for the 25.5 (7.50 E.T) Cert.

    Yes, me too. Its my favorite part of the whole car even though you will hardly see it once the chute is on. But I will know it is there....

    Thanks. First off will be an iron block 440 based Nitrous engine just to get me out & making some passes for the first few seasons. Eventually, the big engine will be a Alum Keith Black twin turbo HEMI I am gathering parts for.

    I do plan on still driving it on the street. Not really a pro touring type of car. Going to be a street / strip car. Its got a minI tub to the frame rails & I mocked up for the 15" x12" Weld Magnum 2.0's as pictured & will also fit a 29.5 x 10.5W slick with no problems. I am also going to widen a set of steelies to 15" x 12" for the rears & narrow to 15" x 3" for the front for the dog dish look.

    The car looks beautiful!  Love how the cage is integrated into the rest of the car!  :thumbsup:

    Pardon my ignorance, but what's the hitch looking device on the rear with the Pentastar?  Are you pulling something or is something going to pull the car?  :clueless:

    The pentastar part of it is where the Parachute bag will be mounted. The upper hitch is where the parachute tug mounts. This is what stays on the car when the chute is deployed. The lower hitch is the push mount for the golf cart at the race track,
