The 318 Gran Coupe in question is a P6T7 interior, it is the most expensive interior for a 1971 Gran Coupe and it is the last column on the bottom that shows the example of the Gold interior bucket seats, these seats are made of three different textured vinyls and no leather at all and is still more expensive than a leather interior and is the top of the line for an interior for a 1971 Gran Coupe.
This is only the 4th P6 interior i have seen pictures of, they are very rare.

According to this, the all-vinyl option, you get a price credit.  so how can it be the most expensive interior???

Here is a picture of one rear frame rail.  This is after the trunk itself was removed.
Where they connect to the leaf spring in the rear is a pretty common place for them to rot out.
You will  have to look up from the bottom of this since everything is still on car.
The frame rails will be on both sides of the gas tank and run up to just under the rear seats.
You don't want any rot in these frame rails.
Unfortunately, though, many have some rust in those rails.


Here is one from the engine bay.  With the engine out.  Less common for rust on these but not unheard of by any means.


This picture is the interior.  You can see where the front drivers frame rail connects to the transmission crossmember.
This area will get rust where the two connect.   You can just make out the connection point on the bottom left side.


I will see if I can find some more pictures of these areas for you. 
I have noticed you have asked several times where to look.

This is the drivers side from under the car.
The frame rail is directly above the leaf spring.

Notice the big dent on the frame rail on this side of this car.  Right towards the front.
this dent pretty much bent the rear of the car out of shape.

When you get under there, make sure your flash is on and you take lots of pictures of the bottom.
These pics are priceless when you go home and try to come up with a price value.
Every second, snap a picture.  As many as you can.

I agree, if you really want this car, get your cash together and go over there.  IMO The longer you spend letting the owner think about it, the less likely you are going to get the car.

See where it has the column for Gran Coupe, leather is "S" for standard, the "E" is for extra, Premium is the highest option for an interior, i am not sure if the credit option is an add on price to the leather price or not, seem to be worded weird to me, do you have a break down of what a credit option is ?

Credit means you get money back (i.e. the cost of the car is lowered) b/c you opted to get cheapo vinyl instead of leather.

(E) means it's extra, but is a credit.  Ditto the ($44.40) in parenthesis.  Parenthesis means it's a credit.  Not an extra, like all the other options that have prices.
