5 things come to mind
- Never use Petro can or Husky , high alcohol content to make premium also a problem is winter with different mixes
- they do not sell much premium so it could be old
- never fill up at a station that does not have a separate hose for premium or the first gallon or so will be regular fuel
- Move here , regular is 91 octane here , premium is 95
- Never support Petro can
Oh I agree with you on the Petrocanada thing! I hate them with a passion. That would have been the first time I have used there fuel in at leats 15-20 years. I was desperate though....car was chugging and stalled. Out of gas I coasted to the pump!
The darn fuel gauge work most times...and sometimes not. I have a new sender to put in that I got from Dave at Roseville about 2 years ago. When the gauge needle just touches the empty line... you are EMPTY ,no 5 more miles etc...
Ya I too figured it had been sitting in the tank all winter as with the price of it not many use it?
It's fine till the engine gets up to temperature , I'll have to do a few of these
to use it up!
I usually use Shell premium fuel and never had a problem.
Move there? I couldn't import my car there!
NO WAY! And since you left the winters have been warm?
Thanks Buddy!
Hey are you coming to Carlisle this year?
