Sorry not been around much
« on: March 22, 2012 - 10:51:52 AM »
Just want to say I am sorry to my friends and buddies on here I just have not felt like being on here much for the last year or so. I just have not been motivated to work on my car either.  So much to do guess I will have to make a priority list to get things done and be able to check them off.  I hope to get the body done this summer or sooner and then it will start looking like a Mopar again.
Got a pretty good start on my M46 optioned Barracuda restoration but now it is on hold till I can gather more funds.  Still need a few parts for it.  SIU Graduate 75 AAS Automotive Tech, 94 BS Advanced Tech Studies, 1997 MSED Workforce Education and Development

I will try to post some pics of me finishing up the floor pans in my car that is first on the list.  Only real bad thing right now is the bugs out now they are really bad after the the rains we have had.

True. I walk away from mine every October and forget about it.  When March comes, I dig it out and start getting it ready for the upcoming summer....     :2thumbs:

Hey Gordon   You working inside or outside on your car?  A big fan should keep the bugs down some for you.  It's that Georgia heat that's gonna be a major player in working on your car. It can be killer. Take care and post pics soon :2thumbs:

I think a lot of us can identify with not being motivated.  I took out my interior to paint hte panels like7 years ago and they're still sitting in the garage on a cart!!!  :faint:  :roflsmiley:  Life happens.  Doesn't mean you can't hang out here and get a few giggles.

Geeze, if the time I spent here was time spent on my car, it would be fully restored by now!!!!  :roflsmiley:

Do little steps.  Took off the carb to rebuild like 2 months ago, almost at the reassembly stage.  Little things might get you motivated.  :grinyes:
