If a shop finds issues b/c they find stuff hidden, then they should notify you.  My buddy who did my Challenger did that all the time.


I think they sucked you in with a low quote b/c a more realistic quote, you might've walked.  Deceptive.

Craig is very honorable. I brought my my car from Colorado to have them do major panel replacement. He did an excellent job. I made it my job to stay informed and be involved. If you did not get what you wanted from this man then you are a dumb ass and will never satisfied with anything.

Yeah I definitely would not lose any sleep over someone like "ozzie" not returning to the forum ever again, signing on for ur first post to call a respected member a "dumbass" sure isn't something the other 1500 members of the site would consider acceptable.   Take a hike Ozzie, sounds to me like u are an employee of the shop we are talking about trying to save a little face
