A body Barracuda
« on: February 03, 2005 - 02:08:41 PM »
I'm looking for a A body barracuda.  Preferably convertible in just about any condition with any drivetrain combo.  I'm looking to spend around $3500 give or take depending on the condition.  I'm located in New Jersey.  Any leads would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any pictures of the car?  Is it yours, or just an add you found?

I have a 69 convert. for sale. Restoration was started about 10 years ago, never completed, car has been stored since then. The floorboards have been replaced, along with most of the front steering/suspension components, also the rear springs are new, all shocks new, tires have zero miles, dual exhaust not factory, but new 10 years ago (no miles), car has 3.91 8-3/4" diff, also not factory.  Original 318 is stock except for cam/intake/carb/headers,etc. Automatic, console shift/bucket seats factory. Power top works well, but canvas needs replaced.  Car needs primarily body work; at least partial quarter panels, some rust repair on front fenders and deck lid, etc. Asking $5000, but accepting offers, car is near Oxford, PA. I am new to this site, was not able to post pics, but send email if interested: terra66@aol.com

Sorry guys, gotta put this one on hold.  Thanks for both of the offers, but I just found out I'm finally going to be a dad, so I figure I have about 17 years to put a decent A-body together.  But for now, I have to get into gear and finish my house.

Yes, it's deffinately the first.  We have only been married for a year and half now, and have been talking about it for the past year.  We decided that we were as ready as we were going to be.  The Dr. told us it usualy takes a couple between 6 months - 2 years to conceive.  We were kinda bummed out about that, but we proved the Dr. wrong.

I think that the granparents to be were more excited tham my wife and I.  She is doing alright as far as being sick.  She has good days and bad days.  I'm hoping it improves though.
