I was just curious.
Thought maybe since it was originally blue you might have all the blue panels and put them back in the car.
Black will look stunning on an all black car.
I figured the blue would look just as stunning on an all black exterior.

Good looking car regardless.  The amount of work is astounding.  That is quite the project you took on there!

I only had some of the blue interior from the original car and most of it was trashed, some of the interior was already changed to black when I bought it

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

Wow! My interest was piqued at '71 340 Challenger! Great job! All that thing needs is the orange R/T Sidestripes and the M28 trim molding!  :2thumbs:

I am not sure if I have seen orange stripes on black.

I'll quite honest, I fell in love with the combo after seeing the "Wrecked 71 Challenger 340 Shaker Dead" Thread. I really love that combo, I am a bit biased, I really like the '71 340 R/Ts (I want one BAD!), and I am a sucker for the Road Wheels!  :2thumbs:

Looking great.  The black will look so good with or without stripes.  The 71 side stripes are my favorite Challenger stripes, and orange (or red) would look great on black, but with or without stripe you can't go wrong.  Impressive work,  can't wait to see more as you go along...
