    We have had a Christmas miracle!!! I finally got the power booster and master cylinder on the car and now I can put on the steering column next!!! Won't be long now before she gets fired up!!!  :bananasmi :bananasmi :bananasmi

    Don't know what brake fluid you are planning on, but if it is dot 3 take some precautions after you plumb in the lines around the master cyl and prop valve to protect that paint. I didn't and after I filled the master cyl, went for supper and came out to brake fluid lifting some of my fresh engine bay paint. That is when I learned about needing flare wrenches. :sly: That was 25 years ago - still fresh in my mind. :banghead:

    Well with a little help from my daughter the Steering Column finally went in.

    I cannot tell you how happy I am that this portion of the build is done.  :droolingbounce: :bananasmi :ylsuper:

    Might even put on the Tuff Wheel today and see how she looks!!!

    My daughter is a great help and I'm extremely proud of her. Glad she puts up with her Dad even though things don't go his way some of the time.

    How about another few pics to show forward progress? I have everything for a fire up with the exception of fuel so onto mounting the Mallory Red pump.

    I'm really glad I checked this out. You have done a great job Bryan! I have a ton of respect for your commitment to this project. I love your car!  :droolingbounce:    How about posting some up do date pics of the whole car?

    Workin on the electric fuel pump location and then wire it up, gettin closer.

    I mounted mine just in front of the fuel tank and ran the wiring along with the fuel gauge wiring up to the front and under the dash to the fuse block.
    Looking forward to seeing how you do yours.  :2thumbs:

    Hey Tom

    I finally have gotten some forward movement here. Mounted the exhaust bracket for the drivers side with help from my daughter and mounted up the electric fuel pump up. I think I'm going to run the wire up through the car following the fuel sender line and will end up near the ebrake. I'll post more up once I get my 5/16 fuel line bent and then I'll work on the wiring.
