    Yeah dutch I was looking at that last nite and could have swore I ordered the 3" filter but it looks closer to 4".

    The upside is I can use this filter on my other car and get a lower one to ensure it fits!!! On another good note, I stopped by the shop and I'll have her back in 2 Fridays from now!!!

    I can't wait! :droolingbounce:

    I've been meaning to ask where you got your rubber mounting brackets for your aluminum radiator?
    Hopefully there were not a pain to find.

    Found it, at Lowes but you have some interesting top and bottom mounts. I really want to stay away from introducing electrolosis into my coolant.

    The bottom mounts are stock rubber oval rings that hold rads in on the bottoms? that I found in the junk yard off various cars/trucks? The tops I used "well nuts" and made the bracket I pop riveted onto the rad.

    I have to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Bob and Owen for coming out and helping me finally get the motor in the car. It was such a long time coming I almost shed a tear in pure joy. Guys I'll take you out for the nicest dinner of your choice.

    Now onto the wonderful progress that was made yesterday in amazing technicolor!!!
