I like the looks of these Procar seats but I've never sat in one. These are from Year One, Classic Industries sells them too. Vinyl or Leather.
Seat brackets are available for E-Body from Year One too.
I have no experience with them... I just think they look good for aftermarket seats. :stirpot:

Anyone have these?

This adaptor attaches to any Procar seat and allows installation into a specific vehicle make and model.

Long day....

Installed MSD 6AL, HVC-2 coil and wired a majority of the engine bay.

Next up the forward lamp harness and button her up.

Since my wife has a bad back, I went junk yard seat shopping at the 1/2 price weekend Pick&Pull yesterday.

Picked up 2, '05 PT Cruiser Convertible black buckets for the cuda for $12.99 each. Nice black and gray material with electric adjuster and lumbar adjustments.

Make sure any seat you buy is for a 2-door. If not, IT WILL NOT RECLINE FORWARD to access the back seat.

I've been going back and forth lately on the direction I may go with this build. I thought I'd throw it out there and see what folks think.

Stock vs aftermarket - downside is the aftermarket seats while they looks cool are somewhat tight in the hip area. But maybe you just get used to being sucked into a seat.  :stirpot:

I found some Hyundai Tiburon seats in a wrecking yard for like $35 each. Here is a post I started looking for idea's?

Saw that Brad and your post got me thinking.

I will probably put the stocks seats in and then decide which way to go. If I do decide to use the aftermarket seats I'll have to fab up something to mount them just like Brad did.

Good work, but I kinda cringe seeing extra stuff drilled into the firewall and inner fenders.

The 6AL box could be mounted under the battery tray, and the blaster coil, AR engineering makes a bracket for that:

This is not a numbers matching build plus the fact that any changes to the 6AL would be a pain from under the battery tray plus a higher chance of getting hit by debris persuaded my decision.

Hopefully start this beast up in 2 weeks. Still have rear brakes. Seats and other small items to complete.

The QA1 shocks are in - finally! Apparently I kept getting one that was being returned to Summit.

So they ended up sending one from their Ohio depot to git her done.

Also got the rear brakes in but now I have to modify my new Inline ebrake cables to make it work with the new calipers.

Joy!
