Hello from Northern California 71 Challenger
« on: March 29, 2012 - 08:28:16 PM »
I'm new to the site , but my 71 Challenger has been in the family since new. It's been on jack stands the past 12 years  and I've been collecting parts for years. Right now it's on a rotisserie at my buddies shop for a complete paint job, inside and out. I'm building my own pumped up 340 with a worked 727.

I'm 65 and my son Matt is 31, he has a 69 Charger, and we are making our ninth year in a row going to Spring Fling in Van Nuys. It's a great show and swap meet. I plan on getting my upolstry this meet from Legendary

I'll get some pictures when there is a little bit more to show.

I've been reading a lot of postings and find them very helpful.

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

Welcome.  We just had a new member, Casey, check in from Concord.  Are you in the Bay Area?  There are a number of E-body people  around me in the East Bay.  I'm in Pleasanton, but know Cuda people in Dublin, Livermore, and Fremont.  Be sure to put the Mopar Alley meet on your calendar for June.  It's a great meet and you might figure you don't have to drive all the way to LA after you see this one.
