It just dont stop
« on: April 05, 2012 - 08:41:32 PM »
I dont know when this will stop... this year has been the health rollercoaster for BIGS and the misses. I wont get into all the particulars but gggeeeeeeeeeezzzzzzz! At least my wife is on the mend.  We'd really like to make Carlise this year but I've been laying in the weeds, just trying to make day by day. My arthritis  (gouty) is now under control with the Probenicid from my Doc. Now I'm gonna need surg on my hand..  Dupuytren's Contracture. Ok it' s  basically my hand turning in on itself... damm european ancestry  ::) And now the last  weeks my back situation has reappeared. My Chiropractor has been as far as he can.  sonofabuscuit this is really getting to be a PITA!    Sorry I sound whiney, just needed to vent. I've been hurtn' for a few months now and just wanna get back in the game!  :grinyes:

That back problem comes from the kick in the rear you get when you hammer Miss Nikki, and the hand issue is from holding on for dear life. So to show you what a Good Friend I am I'll come take that torture device off your hands so you don't have to suffer from SAS (sudden acceleration syndrome) any more.    ;)

I usually say that bad things come in 3s, and 300 is a power of 3

Hang in there, man. Hope it gets better soon.

Chris, sorry for all the health stuff y'all have going on. It will get better. I second the Osteo-BiFlex as a great joint protector. I have been taking it for several years and it flat out works. It takes about a month or so to kick in, but it works.

I have chronic back issues myself. I have been through chiropractic, massage, stretching exercises, trigger point injections, nerve blocks  --  everything but surgery.  Nothing helped. THEN -- I bought an inversion table. Picked it up at Sports Authority for about $150.00 new. I use it 4 times a week for about 5 minutes each. My back has never felt better...... :2thumbs:
