Seat adjustment - 71 Challenger with 6-way
« on: April 06, 2012 - 06:34:05 AM »
If you look in from the back window, you can see my seats leaning toward the middle of the car. I assume that I forgot to put some spacers in 10 years ago but wondering what exactly is going on. If its spacers, do they go between the seat frame and tracks, or tracks and floor, or is is something with the seat back only?

I'm not sure what's "correct" but mine had spacers between the floor and tracks, but on all 4 studs. Is it possible to get the left side on the right and vise versa? or backwards? :dunno:

:horse: my seats are the same way, both leaning inward.they have standard tracks tough, and have been out of car by previous owner.. ive had the driver seat out and there was no spacers now but a couple on the inside might do the trick.ive red about the backs cracking in the welds somewhere, and hope thats not it..  :pullinghair:
