Cuda kits, but will they offer 71 & 72 Challenger kits?
« on: April 17, 2012 - 07:58:56 PM »
I was thinking about this on the way home. Id love to see a split 71 style grille in a new challenger. I had to throw in 72 for the sad mouth guys.

If I could afford a new Challenger, it would be cool to make it into a twin of my 73.  You can already get the 72-74 side louvers for them.  It would be easy to apply a vinyl decal to the tail lights to make four separate looking lenses.  The roof could be painted in a black suede to simulate a vinyl top but that might be overkill.  I've seen some pictures of new Challengers with vinyl tops and they don't look right.

I highly doubt there's enough interest in the 72-74's to make a grill profitable. :2cents:

Lets make one that attaches to the factory grill like you photo-shopped photo.  A water jet and secondary clean up with a mill ....... this can be done easily.  You could either polish it or send it out for clear anodizing.   Thoughts?
