cuda came home today

 so after 1 1/2 years of my 74 being away getting body work and paint i finally got er back today. now to bolt er back together. fortunately i stripped the majority of the parts off the car before it went to the first shop [ long story ] but alot of it was stripped down at the second shop. thank the good lord for digital cameras and this forum, i already have some questions.

 sorry i can't get pics to upload, their to big. i will figure this out and post later.

Congrats! Do a Google search for image resize and you'll find some free online services.

I upload my pictures to google sites for free and link to them in my post.  It's easy...  I highly recommend it.

can anyone tell me where i can find the headlight adjustment hardware and i also need the little clips for the taillights.

You can link those here. For each image, hover over it and click in the bottom box, the one that says IMG Code. When you click it will say "copied." Then, when you have a message box open here, put the cursor where you want the image to appear and type Control-V to paste the link.

And that will give you this.

i get that alot, coates is a popular name in the east. i have no relations there.

Ah gotcha, the Coates family I know came from the east coast.  Gord Coates was heavily into drag racing in the 60's and 70's , now supports stock car racing via sponsorships.

i cleaned my window regulators up with varsol, they came out very clean except the ends on a couple pieces. i was gonna give these a mild sanblasting. i don't think i should paint them but i probably need to coat them with something after sandblasting, any suggestions?

I have had great success cleaning galvanized parts with CLR.  I made a soaker tub,They come out like new. Never needed to sandblast them (kept the finish).
