Hey thanks for the Dacco suggestion. Gave them a call and they have a site south side of Durham, drive able for me. Talked with a technician, and the difference between the 1995 46rh Locking torque converter, and the 46RE torque converter is the attachment to the flexplate. The 46RE has an offset bolt pattern, whereas the 1995 and older are 90 degree square pattern. So, you could use an 46re torque converter if you use a flexplate made for the 46RE torque converter.
Their prices are very reasonable $129 so long as you stick with "stock" stall speed, which for 1995 with 360 engine is 2200-2500. If you want higher stall like 2800-3200 then that is considered custom and the price rises to $325 nearly triple. Since stock for a 95 360 was 2200-2500 i'm inclined to go with it.
