Nice Find PLUM!  Very easy to find parts for those cars! Looks very complete. What rear is in it , 8 3/4?

Got it home safe and sound, was real worried prior to leaving early yesterday that I would get into freezing rain, not a real good mix to be pulling a trailer in. As it turned out the weather was better the further I went. Still have to go over it good, find out a few details and get some good pictures, here it is as I got it home, nothing really new. Forgot to mention that the guy gave me another engine with it but I have to go pick it up yet, it wouldn't fit on the trailer, said it is a rebuilt 360 with a high rise manifold and the only thing it needs is a carb. Hey 74Chally, it's an 8.75 but need to see if it's a sure grip or not.

Looks like a nice project Plumb, I'd guess with the 4 speed and an original b/b that it will be a sure grip, Hey, I'll meet you in St.Louis and haul it back to the Mopar barn, seeing as you haven't unloaded it yet,lol

Had a 67 R/T for a little while, You have to try a few to let yourself know than nothing beats an E-body.

I am partial to both! I especially love the later B bodies like the Roadrunners and Chargers but love the E-bodies too. I'll take one of each please! I found out today from gathering a few numbers together and doing a little searching on the internet that the engine in this is a 1961 383, so that puts the kabosh on it being a numbers car but makes it so I can do whatever my heart desires totally guiltless!! I have a feeling there is going to be another RB in my life in the near future!  :grinyes:

Well, finally got the trunk open and the mouse motel cleared out. Here's what I found under all of that junk! I also found out it's an original 361 2 barrell 4 speed, one of 160 built. WH23F At first I looked up the fender tag by mistake and about swallowed my teeth when I searched for WH23H that was on the fender tag and came up with an original Hemi car!! Stroke, heart failure, sweating, heavy breathing, and a few things I cannot mention but then I realized my mistake!! Here's the rundown, thanks to 69ChargerRT for the link!

I don't know if this low production car means anything but I'm not dissapointed.
Here's the latest pictures. Pretty solid car with the exception of the quarters around the wheels and back to the bumper. Still don't know what I am going to do with this but it will be in the barn waiting for it's facelift!!

I still can't get over what a great find you have for such a low price. This car had to have been stored under an overrhang or garage for quite a while since it's so rust free.

From a hemi to a 361 is quite a drop to say the least! I am recovered though, looking forward to making plans on this one after the Chally is up and running. Never really expected it to be anything too special but did have a bit of a stir when I read the wrong number as I looked up the vin code. From an H to an F!! What's that tell ya? LOL  :grinyes:
