M46 Barracuda on E-bay
« on: May 18, 2012 - 01:18:47 PM »
Just saw this on E-bay.  It needs a lot of help, and most of the parts are off the car, but good pics of the scoops & other bits & pieces.

Maybe I'm getting old but a starting bid of $3500 seems high for a car with no matching vin or title in RUFF shape.

I`m pretty sure the M46 option had solid gold pistons besides the scoops and stripes,.   :bigshades:

Anybody remember the Chrysler TC by Maserati, aka the Chryslerati? Those came with a gold-plated tool set in the trunk. I remember thinking several things when I read that. The first was "Who the hell would use a gold-plated tool set." The second was "What are the odds that a person who can afford to buy this car is going to work on it?"

It's to good and rare of a project to cut up, it should be saved. Guess no one is willing take on a full blown project. Maybe it's just the vin issue and price keeping everyone back.
