window regulator problems

 i was installing my 1/4 windows and i broke one of the slides     are these available from dodge or napa ?

i haven't tried to do video before so hopefully this works. i was getting ready to install one of my front regulators and while i was lubeing it i was working the crank. it pops and grinds as if the gear is stripped. the gear looks fine but it's hard to get a real good look. the teeth are slightly oblonged on the regulator itself. i had my wife video it just incase one of you has had this happen before and have a simple solution but i suspect i need a new crank.
