Lowering Blocks

I am pulling on the exsperts here as to what size Loweing blocks I should use . Running P245R60-15 all around. Here are picks of front and rear , I have no rubbing problems in the front and there seems to be about the same clearance in the rear , I have about 1/2 gap from tread in front and 2 1/2 in rear?  Does any one also have a picture of the blocks after they have been installed?

you would need approx a 2" block & 9" U bolts , you can also machine the blocks to correct the pinion angle if it is off .

Do you think the degree is all that critical for a driver to the local shows and back? not ever going to race it?

It's critical if you're ever going to drive at highway speed.

It's critical if you're ever going to drive at highway speed.

Ok I will check it...Thanks..I have another question..why is it critical on a stock suspention car. aren't u joints designed to run at a small angle? Thanks , still learning here.. :clueless:

They are designed to run at a small angle, and 5* is that small angle  :bigsmile:

5* nose down is where you need to be , the pinion will climb the ring gear straightening the angle under power . It is far worse to start at zero & end up nose high under power, it will set up a bad vibration .
