Sitting even just two years with all that undergrowth and moisture I bet everything underneath  is pretty crusty, not a really desirable car although the numbers 383 helps .$500-1000

I would have to put it on a rack and inspect it underneath closely before going to 1k or better,,as it looks in the picture I would stay at my first thought of $700 , but if you have inspected closely and confident that its solid as you say then it may be worth the 1k or better,,but there is alot of work there no matter what and you have to keep it in mind

While the Charger would be easier to find parts for, a nicely restored Sport Fury stands out.

Did you know there was an option of a slide out record player on them that slid out from under the
dash?

I found another option...     66 Coronet 500...  383, 4sp,  #s     NO rust under, all floors and trunk are good..  build sht, fender tag, cert. card   just short block in car rest in trunk

  I know   :useless:

this Mac sucks, or I do, anyway I cant resize on this thing, I need to go to my windows so I can right click and shrink then

Such a better option!

Theres a yard I know of with a ton of 4 doors if you need parts. Probably 45 mins or so south of Carlisle.

  this is my close friends "collection"  NOT a salvage yrd.      April and Joe were here abt 6yrs ago.    he has been buying stuff for 20yrs. MOPAR only.  He would buy a HEMI coronet that was gone and then buy cars as needed to accumulate engines, Danas, etc.

Daughter got accepted to a major collage and he just turned 57 and decided its time to sell and restore some things..he HATES tire kickers, he will tell you what he has and show the paperwork to prove the cars origin and tell you what he wants to get for the car and thats it

see the 71 barracuda coup I posted here, no one wants to pay $5100.00 for it

if any one is SERIOUSLY interested in a high end  RARE PROJECT car let me know   I have a list of stuff thats actually scary,  2 Norms cars, 1 a 440-6....2 HEMI cars,...a #'s 440 SUPERBIRD,... numerous 71 cudas and barracudas including a 318/3sp vert..  and so on and so on....many 71 charger R/Ts

April and Joe told me about this guy.

I don't have to funds to buy, but it would be a thrill to see what he has.   :grinyes:

Mike,   I called Rob Wolf at MCG, reminded him that they put my car in the mag in 07 at the Penthouse Mag. Mansion and we talked abt. my friend, I told him we want to sell much of what he has and that last yr. MCG ran 2 articles about hidden collections...    I'm taking pics of everything and sending them to Rob, he's going to write up a story and do a phone interview with Larry and my contact info will be in the article so serious buyers can get ahold of me...

I had my friend John that owns XV MOTORSPORTS come take a look and he was AMAZED, first car he laid eyes on was a #s 440 Superbird, NO RUST HOLES

If I could find my original membership from 05 on here I could pull up pics

PM me your e-mail, I'll send you some pics and you can shrink them down and post them for me

  Well, I sold a couple of cars for my friend and one was to a client of mine so everyone was happy, most of all my friend Larry so as a HUGE thank you for stuff and for the article we're taking pics for Larry gave me the 66 Coronet,  and my 70 Challenger 440-6 clone that I sold him to pay my  :swear: divorce lawyer...He's sooo smart he said "if Sharon gets that 68 340 Fastback for her birthday next week she'll be happy enough not to notice what you bring home"
ONLY MOPAR people take care of each other like that

So in the down pour today I cleanned around my new toy, then a few buckets of water, rain and a old towel later I was  :woohoo:   ???? pull the 440-6 from the Chally and put it in the Coronet ??
