Hi all, I was looking for some advise on the correct way to install this trim. I put new plastic clips on the panel and tried to snap the 2 long trim pieces over the clips but came close to damaging the trim. Wondering what iam doing wrong. Thanks

Not sure, but maybe put (slide) the clips on the trim first? Then on the tail panel?
