Other than the roof the body looks solid - esp the tail panel which was the worst part in my '70 project. Do you have a list of the options? Two option plates...

Code   Description
BS23
B = Plymouth Barracuda

23 = 2 Door Hardtop

NOE
N = 383 330HP OR 335HP 1-4BBL 8 CYL
0 = 1970
E = Los Angeles, CA, USA
118787   Sequence Number '118787'
VIX   Unknown At This Time
V6X   Black Longitude Sports Stripe
Y14   Sold Car 69-71
26   26 in. Radiator
END   End of Codes

I don't know why the decoder won't identify the VIX code. I think it's the black vinyl top, don't know why it appears twice, once on each tag.
Also there are things that aren't called out, like the steering cooler. If someone knows for sure if for instance, when you got the 26" radiator was the steering cooler in that package or what?
Not even gonna pretend I know what's up.

Scott, It's part of the A31 High Performance Package along with the 26" radiator as well as the 3.91 gearing and other stuff.  I have literature showing Code A31 as follows: Available 340 4-bbl, 383 4-bbl with TorqueFlite or 4 speed.  *3.91 rear axle *Sure-grip diff *7-blade torque-drive fan* 26" radiator w/shroud *Extra H.D. Suspension.
You left out your inflatable spare tire!
Lots of nice options on this car.  It did not have air but here in Western Washington not many cars had air back then.

Well, there you have it!
Thanks Paul, I knew you said it was part of a package, I just couldn't find the grouping. The collapsible spare is something else that is not called out on the tag, also the wheels.
It's fun to figure all this stuff out.

BTW: Air don't make you go fast!

Very small update...

Don't want to bore everyone with rust repair, plus my camera battery seems to have puked.
Rear window channel looking a little better.

Scott, thanks for the update.  The window channel looks more than "a little better".  Good work.  I've been thinking of asking if your camera is broken.

Ok, new camera battery.

Can't seem make the patches look very good in photos. It's like cosmetic surgery, not so pretty when it's happening....

One more section in the rear window to do, should be able to knock that out tomorrow.

the package tray lip under the channel had a section that I replaced

Should pop for a shrinker/stretcher, until I do I get to repair in sections.

"usraptr" = United States raptor - bird of prey = United States Bald Eagle.  FYI, somebody else thought of it first so I had to drop the "O" in raptor.

Been spending my time removing the last parts from the car. I've got it completely stripped now.

Cleaned up the inner roof, no rust just adhesive. The car is upside down btw.

Found some holes in the top of the firewall, patched all the thin spots too, better safe than sorry!

This is gonna look awesome under some dynamat.
