The front edge of the fiberglass hood I have leaves a1/4" gag from the hood to the header panel. Looks way to big. To add materiel to the hood edge can I use evercoat filler or shouls I get some mat and resin or other suggestions? Thanks

3/16- 1/4" is pretty normal on these cars.I don`t like using fillers on an edge-too easy to chip off.Grind it down and add a layer of fiberglass if you need to tighten the gap and then do the finish work with the evercoat.
