REALLY UPs
« on: June 12, 2012 - 10:57:21 AM »
So UPs drops of my evaporator and the box looks like it was ran over. :banghead: Open the box and yep its hosed. The guy pulled up to my neighbors house and puts it on my porch and walks away without knocking on the door. Ive been waiting to get a evaporator for over a month. Called AMCJWP and they sent me one today. I guess UPs is like everyone else, its all about the money.
What does it profit a man to gain the whole would and lose his soul.

I try to avoid oops when getting stuff delivered. I've found Purolator plays football with your package a little less than other companies

I ordered something last week and the shipper used oops. They did their 3 attempts to deliver, but didn't leave an info notice until the last time. I didn't get home until 7:30 so I was too late to call and arrange to pick up the package today and when I called this morning it was already on it's way back to the shipper. :stomp: I spoke to one guy who was a bit of an a$$ and told me there was nothing he could do. I had to hang up before I threw my phone and when I called back I talked to a guy who is going to see if he can get the package re-routed back here. I told him that if I had to pay for shipping again I would be filing a complaint with the BBB which was when he made a request to get the package sent back here. When I have things shipped here by Fed Ex they call me and ask if they can leave it at the door for me, but oops didn't even try that and I know my phone number was on the shipping label.
I guess we'll see how it goes.
