I ordered something last week and the shipper used oops. They did their 3 attempts to deliver, but didn't leave an info notice until the last time. I didn't get home until 7:30 so I was too late to call and arrange to pick up the package today and when I called this morning it was already on it's way back to the shipper.
I spoke to one guy who was a bit of an a$$ and told me there was nothing he could do. I had to hang up before I threw my phone and when I called back I talked to a guy who is going to see if he can get the package re-routed back here. I told him that if I had to pay for shipping again I would be filing a complaint with the BBB which was when he made a request to get the package sent back here. When I have things shipped here by Fed Ex they call me and ask if they can leave it at the door for me, but oops didn't even try that and I know my phone number was on the shipping label.
I guess we'll see how it goes.
