Hey, uh, I've been trying to find a FUN 4-door car to drive...  AND looking for an ebody....

This looks like the proverbial stone to my two birds...  :)  (I suspect the price will be substantially north of what I'm hoping to pay however...)

Wow, just saw this!  Pretty neat.  So there was actually one prototype made?  Interesting.... the profile of it immediately reminds me of like a 1971 Plymouth Satellite.

Wagons are cool too, remember there is a member here that has a '71 Challenger wagon?  I've seen Corvette and Trans Am wagons too.

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

Super Blue beat me to it.  I was scouring my Carlisle pics for the Vista Challenger.  I actually like how it came out.
Yes I own a 1972 Dodge Challenger Convertible T/A S/E with a 440 Six Pak. Can it get any more wrong?

Every vehicle manufacturer actually made 4 door prototype versions of their Performance vehicles.  The 64 Mustang, 1967 Camaro, AMC Javelin and others.  They never made it into production but were intriguing to say the least.

A lot of people forget or never knew this. Even the Corvette had a four door version. They all were design exercises to gauge reaction. Needless to say that in the early to mid seventies, reaction was usually limited to the filling of those little bags you find in the back of aircraft seats.

Don't know if you've seen his other stuff, he makes some really cool things.  He made a Superbird from a Road Runner, came out really nice and got Richard Petty to autograph it.  I think he had a 4x4 something, either a Charger or Challenger.  But haven't seen him here in a looooong time.  Really talented and nice guy.

How about this one?

I know this is off topic. Not trying to change the subject.  Were all just waiting for a reply about the four door!
I really like 4x4 conversions.  I have many pictures.

Looks interesting!  :grinyes:

Are you using the same wheelbase or are you stretching it?  :clueless:

Looks like it has a longer wheel base.

I would assume you would be cutting a section out of a cuda and welding it in the middle of this one?
