I would imagine it is a very incomplete kit , there are a lot of parts for the shaker conversion , second the hood & aircleaners were all steel with a diecast trim ring , this may end up looking cheap on your car compared to an all steel unit . I have no experience dealing with this seller so no clue how the fit is + you will need T/A hood springs or the hood will warp

If the baseplate and shaker are the typicaly fiberglass repos, they will warp or melt:   I have had zero issues with mine.  I dont beleive my kit is the same as the links, but the parts sure do look the same.  I wanted a shaker, but no way was I going to pay thru the nose for a metal hood, the metal shaker base, etc.  I dont mind the fiberglass repo stuff:  The stuff is lighter and doesnt reflect heat like the OEM styles do.   My car didnt have shaker on it from the factory, so getting NOS or OEM stuff doesnt make sense for my anyway.

Looks like the first kit you posted has everything you need for the fresh air function and appearance of a shaker.   What you dont get are the shaker doors, air filter  (any 15" round aircleaner will work, just check the heighth.nothing special there), actuator cable and pull knob, cable swivel mount, ground tabs or shaker base feet  (I made mine in about 5 minutes with scrap small gauge metal)..

You dont need any of that other stuff just mentioned (except maybe the shaker base feet) as long as you dont mind fresh air intake all the time.  If you want the option to shut the doors, you can reach under the base plate and flip the fresh air off, without having the get the cable, knob and the cable swivel mount, (which I dont beleive anyone makes repos anyway)  I made mine in about $2 in parts thru researching pics

In the first link, it looks like you also get hood springs for that glass hood as well, so no issues there

If you want to have a correct shaker hood, then Snobar, as Tommy mentioned, is a good way to go.

wow, I had forgotten how expensive these are. By the time you finish cutting up your hood, fitting, prepping, installing, painting, etc etc. Your looking at probably $4000. And dont forget the two drain tubes. Didnt see those anywhere on snobar's site.

And I agree, they are a PITA every time you want to work under the hood. The thing covers practically the entire engine. Its massive, but...you can remove it in 3 or 4 minutes. Wish they could have designed it more like the mustang version. Never looked closely at it, but its smaller.
But rain?! Our design looks better there at least.
