Your choices in 15" are limited. I have a strong preference visually for 15" wheels with a tall sidewall and RWL. The Goodyear Polyglas GT can't be beat for looks, but if you want to drive the car then a radial tire will perform so much better. The main choices are Mickey Thompson, Cooper Cobra and BFG. (The Goodyear Eagle GT II are no longer available) The BFG are the least sticky, but have the advantage of being period correct. Purely subjective, but I prefer the looks of the BFG's RWL over the MT and Cooper RWL. If you are showing blackwalls or don't have any preference between the various RWL, then I would go with the stickier MTs.
