70 challenger grille
«

I have a friend down here with a 70 grille and he's offering it to me for 200 bucks. It needs paint but it's complete and straight. I have a feeling that it's worth more and since he's a friend and potential customer i really don't want to rip him off. Biplane on selling it to the Guy converting the 72 into a 70

I think $200 is fair unless it comes with the light Bezels then it would be worth more.

Wow, $200?
Anything that price range is usually banged up big time.
The big thing is the ends being straight. How is the center section? Without pictures, I definitely think it's worth more.

Sounds like a great deal if it's as you describe!

I'm going to get pics of it this weekend to put up. I'm a little annoyed with myself for not picking up a 383 Challenger I was looking at a while back that had a 72+ grille in it for 9 grand

Worth it, but re-anodizing/finishing is $$$, so it'd be for a driver only.
I hear the repops are pretty nice and even at $1k, it's cheaper than getting an old one redone.
