Summit leaf springs

I am looking for a pair of natural finish leaf springs for a restoration and came across these from Summit Racing, has anyone tried them?  I have yet to get "bad" parts from Summit.

I got the heavy duty ones from summit they were black out of the box but they look great painted cast finish. So these are just unpainted like the origionals if I am seeing this right.

Looks like it to me, and the price (and shipping) seems very reasonable.  I would think as a stock replacement, a sping, is a spring, is a spring.

What worries me about these springs is that they may sag pretty soon like the MP super stock springs. I remember reading some threads on that. So I'm really curious about the product quality.

I don't know, but wouldn't that become a warranty headache for Summit after a while? 
I have a set of MP super stocks that I WAS going to use but they are 2" shorter that stock and since we changed our performance rebuild to a stock restoration, that takes them off the table.

My only questions is the "origin" of these springs.  Warranty is only 90 days from date of purchase but for $95 per side.  That isn't bad.

My MP "hemi" HD suspension springs sagged after about 2 years.  Now I just got a pair of originals that I am going to restore and toss the crappy MP repro ones.

I'm beginning to think the Summit springs can't be inferior to the factory springs that we're put on the car over 40 years ago, agree?

They can't be any worse than the Mopar springs out there now. The XHD's I bought for my Challenger a few years back have sagged a couple inches from when I bought them. Fortunately I'm happy with the lower ride height as I've lowered the front as well, but most people don't buy springs expecting them to sag that much.

Summit has really surprised me lately with their products. Both the 6 bladed flex fan and extra capacity cast 904 transmission pan I bought recently were made in the USA, despite being priced cheaper than the name brand stuff. Hopefully they keep it up, the quality on the 904 pan is excellent. If the springs are similar in quality, they'd be a great buy.

I like Summit and have never had an issue with them or their customer support.
Last year I purchased 15" Rallye wheels from Summit, which were supplied by Vintiques, but were cheaper than going directly to Vintiques.
- Don't know how Summit can charge less than the original vendor, but I'm not complaining.

Anyway, back to the leaf springs.  What about going directly to a Chrysler/Dodge dealership?
A few years back, I bought leaf springs from my local Dodge dealership.  I had to wait a day because they were shipped from Dallas, at no cost to me.
I don't remember the cost of the leaf springs, but it was rather inexpensive, and, no shipping cost.
- Which version leaf spring you ask? I think they are XHD (?), the version that goes on Hemi powered E-Bodies.

I'll look into that, maybe they still stock original replacement springs for '72 cars.    They need to be un-painted though.

Hard to say but I would be very wary about stuff gotten from Chrysler lately.  The MP ones I got from Chrysler sagged big time courtesy of made in mexico.

Here's the deal, I bought some leaf springs from Summit, installed them and found my rearend sagging (on the car).  Then I looked the springs over and found the little stamp------------ "made in China"!   Took them off and returned them to Summit and simply had the original leafs re-arched which turned out to be the best solution.
