I am putting my 1973 B5 Dodge Charger up for sale to commit resources to the restoration of my Barracuda. I have not checked for build sheet, but the car does retain its fender tag(s). Car has a good running 440 & 727 slapstick on the floor. By the fender tag(s) it was originally a 318 car.
Exterior - The car has two spots that are bubbling about softball size under each of the doors. Other than those spots the car is solid underneath and all around. While I was in Korea I had a car cover over it that has put light scratches in the paint. The grill has a few small chips in it. The Stripes running around the car are fading from black to slightly whitish as is the go wing.
Interior - Car retains what appears to be all original interior. The front seats are starting to separate at the stitching. but are fully functional. The headliner looks good - 1 quarter sized hole. Car has a ralley dash with tac. The speedo and odometer are currently not functioning. The cable looks to have melted to the exhaust. The gas gauge is typical and will go from full to empty when you punch it, and when you let off the accelerator will float back up to full or however much fuel you have. Has factory radio that is non functional. AC does not currently work.
Trunk, floor pans, frame solid. car is currently tagged and driven weekly. Car is for sale locally in Jacksonville NC, and I am asking $9.500. The car does have a lien on it, so pending sale it would be about two weeks before I got the title back. I love the car and am not selling it because I financially have to. I just want the Plymouth on the road more than I want to keep the Charger. $9,500 is as low as I will go. I am not interested in a trade at this time, I already have my next project. If interested you can PM me phone number will be given through PM only, or email -
