Spoiler looks great. If you feel like making it look factory in the future First Place Auto sells templates. I think I paid 30 bucks for the AAR spoiler ones. Sorry I didn't mention this sooner but it originally sounded like you weren't interested in any cutting.
Thanks for the compliment and the info....
Actually, I knew there were templates 'out there"...at Carlisle I stopped at one vendor who was selling the "licensed" spoilers.....the price for the spoiler was $275.....plus he wanted another $20 I think for the templates they had......plus another $100 if i wanted it with the black original paint.....lots of $$$ for a spoiler , I thought. I decided to hold off since I knew i saw the spoilers at less $$$ elsewhere.....Found the spoiler at Dale's Cuda Shop and got a great CC.com price of $150! Its not "licensed".....but honestly, the ones from Dale's look exactly like the others to me, and the plus is that they pre-paint in black primer....which, for my non-original install, worked just fine.
Once I got the spoiler I really wanted to try using the 3M tape but found I couldnt find any the thickness that was needed....so I bit the bullet and drilled the holes.
The round holes are fine for me.......seems like the square cutouts would be tough to perfectly reproduce even with templates, especially since my lid is already painted.......and like I said, my ride isnt "original", so its fine . Anyone who looks under my trunk lid and doesnt like it can...well......you know....LOL
