Found the problem, the fuel pump was loose. yes the bolts had almot falen out. I don't understand how this has happen. So it was not hitting the push rod. I replace it with a edelbrock pump. but i manage to crack the top of the fuel pump, just were the seal is. So I guess i have to replace it again
