Adds weight... that and you tend to end up getting that black butyl crap on your hands whenever messing around with bolts/screws that you've installed afterward. :-)

Other than that, it's all positives. HUGE difference before and after for sure.

Having drove mine both without and with, I'd almost consider it a must.  :2cents:

It's not "stock" and can be kinda a pain to remove.  Not a huge deal for most people but if you ever decide you want to go OE with your car...it won't be fun to remove.

I used "frost king duct wrap" in the Charger.........

went in easy and will come out clean, if I choose to remove it that is...

I have seen people use roofing foil called "peel and seal" with very good result. Its much cheaper and provides very similar result. The only caution with using this method is it tends to lose adhesion on vertical surfaces and the roof once it gets heated up. For the floor pan and trunk however I suggest looking into it.

You will love it.  Put a some inside the door too.  Make the door sound SOOOO much better when you close it.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Consider Hushmat as well.....a little less pricey and it works great.  Seems like the same stuff to me.

Adds a little weight, but unless you are trying to shave 10ths off at the track, so what?

Made a huge difference in the sound of the interior and the heat was reduced as well.

I picked up some of the roofing stuff from home depot, it was extremely flammable if that matters much, I hope the dynamat isn't. Lol

I used Rattletrap. It worked well and was pretty reasonably priced. Its good for your car, decreases noise and protects the metal: win win unless you drag race and weight can hold you back.
