You would need the build sheet to find the exact date. The sticker on the driver's side door will at least tell you the month and year.

I don't have either one. Even the month would help. It was built in L.A.  I wonder if anyone else can give me their build date of an L.A. car and I can deduce the date from there.

Well, my car is an L.A. built car. The door sticker says March 1970. The VIN is JH23L0E138260. Your's is definitely built a few months before mine.

Mines around 110800 can't remember off hand, built in October of 1969 according to the door tag. It's a HOE also.

Like the others have said, can't tell the build date from the VIN, probably only going to be able to find the approximate month by looking at other VIN numbers and their build dates.

1972 Dodge Challenger Rallye 340, AT, Code TB3=Super Blue, SBD=8/17/1971.  Yes, a Rallye without the fender louvers from the factory because of the body side molding option.

I've seen a date on a LA built 70 Cuda that's about 80 cars before your vin. It was built 12/18/69.  Of course, the cars weren't built in exact VIN sequence and even the fender tag dates were 'scheduled dates' and not always the actual date, but yours is probably not far off.  Certainly December and most likely within a couple days either way of 12/18, if not the same day.
