When doing a 440 stroker what are the pros and cons of each, i.e. clearance issues what gives the most hp and torque what is a better street motor. Im just looking for personal experience and preferences.

AS Sledge said I like the longer 7.1" con rod , the 4.15 stroke uses a shorter rod so I just prefer the longer stroke & rod combo + you get an extra 15 CI or so . The crank is a drop in & will clear the oil pump pick up tube easily with minor bore notches to clear the con rods .

I run a 4.25 and a 7.100 in one of my engines and a 4.37x 7.100 in the other.  I enjoy the tq. You just need to have good breathing heads
