I LOVE your private label stock!! Great job Jeff.  I'm sure it had a kick, but we all know MEK is a lightweight!  :poopoke: How many Long Island Ice Teas did you down this year!!  :roflsmiley:

LOL!!!  No Long Island Iced Teas this year, believe it or not!

Thanks for all the compliments, guys!  I too really liked the beer, and trust me - I've made some bad ones!  I might have to look into a competition - I really tried to follow the BJCP guidelines for a Cream Ale - those guidelines are listed here: http://beerrecipes.org/bjcpguidelines.php?id=13  The only thing that I think needs improved is the head retention, but there are some "cheating" ways to do that in the bottling phase.

I can probably tell you that this beer will be brewed again, though I think I'll maintain the tradition of making the labeled bottles "limited" in production.  But the wife is kinda pissed that she can't have any (silly pregnancy...) so she's gonna insist that I make some for her next year.  :)

And YES - the License Plate reads "CC.C"  It was kinduva last-minute inclusion 'cause I didn't really reference the club in last year's label.  Going to try to keep that going forward.  I already have ideas for next year's brew - what do you guys think about "Crazy Cuda Cider"?!   :stirpot:

RB2929, I responded to your PM.  Thanks.

BTW to clarify for anyone interested, I'm selling the bottles for $5 shipped.  Bottles may or may not contain something sweet, bubbly and delicious...  :)

I have about 12 BOTTLES (which may or may not contain a liquid of some sort) available.  I sold them at the show for $3 a piece (getting the labels printed and such is pricey for a small run like this).  A buck or two for shipping would be nice, as I'll have to package them pretty good.  (Plus I gotta do it at home, 'cause no post office/UPS in PA will ship an alcohol "bottle")

I can't really ship a six pack as that'd exhaust half my remaining supply.  This beer was popular enough (one member at the show asked about buying a case from me!) that I might consider making more batches, though selling/shipping it is ridiculously illegal...  :)Anyways, if you want one or two, you can paypal me a few bucks (for the BOTTLE...  cough cough) to jsknapp1 at yahoo dot com.  Be sure to include your address, and please understand that it might take a week or two to ship them 'cause I'm working two jobs at the moment.

By the way, did anyone see the license plate of the 'Cuda on the label?  ;)

Selling is illegal, but giving is not.  One could say, send you money for the supplies that would be required to make such liquid goodness, plus some for "extra expenses".  Then pick it up from you personally.

Is anyone else interested in these?  I just shipped out a few today, but still have a handful left - probably 6-8 or so.

A few people expressed interest but I never heard from them again, so let me know!  'Cause they're just sitting here looking mighty, mighty tasty...  :)
