vinyl top and windshield trim
« on: July 23, 2012 - 07:48:36 PM »
Hey gang..
I was wondering if there's a technique that's used to reduce the "Bump" of the vinyl top seam. I'm putting on the windshield trim and have notice that the upper corner is being difficult due to the vinyl trim... Do you "help" thin out the seam so there isn't so much of an obstruction to the curve of the trim. Everything else seems to be perfect on all the other parts of the moulding top and bottom.

Thanks..

.. Now, does anyone know if there's a screw kit that includes the proper fasteners for the bottom windshield trim plate?  I was able to get things squared away on the ole' girl......

I would contact RT Specialties. I'm sure he has them...
