best grease for window track

What is the best lube to use on the window tracks and plastic guides?
Also are the felt guide pads available anywhere?

That's what I used also. I too made my own from velcro . I used the soft fuzzy side. Neil's idea!

Get the Lithium in the small squeese tube, not the spray.
Much better. I tried both and found out the squeese tube version is a better lubricant on the tracks. Felt sides are left dry of course. No lube.
