The previous owner told me that. I reckon that he thought the factory lap and shoulder belts are considered 3 point They are as you describe they clip to the roof and also appear to have a belt across the seat. Is it possible to buy this style anymore?
I would imagine it is possible to buy reproductions. Some people at the resto time opt for more moden style seatbelts without going the route of a racing harness or anything. They also might prefer this over buying used factroy seatbelts, sacrifice originality for safety basically.
The CD manual I would imagine would be like the paper one although I have never seen it. I like to actually hold a book, good toilet reading...
I picked up the manuals off Ebay. There are 2 books, not sure how to call them but one is like a service manual and one is a chassis and body manual. The advantage to the CD is that you can print up pages and not worry about getting your manual dirty and also ove rhte years the pages get brittle, tear, etc...
As far as the post card sized card you found, I'm not aware of a mini build sheet unless the mice made it that small. Mice got mine before I could get to it but I got a reasonable amount. If you want, post a pic of that card and maybe someone can ID it. Don;t throw anything away! Look for the build sheets under the front seats, rear seat cushions, under the rug, on top of the glove box cardboard insert, behind the plastic seat backs on the front seats.
As far as your question as to what is original or not, feel free to post pictures and I'm sure someone will know what is factory and what is not. We love guessing games here!
Have fun with it and glad the baby's at home!
