WIW? Set of 4 Rallye wheels w/ caps and rings.
« on: February 20, 2005 - 05:57:18 PM »
Hello all, I've got a quick question.   I know that these 71 rallye wheels didn't come on my 68 charger so I want to unload them and get magnum's or something like it.  I know what the paddock sells these for new($1185).  But what is a good condition used set worth.   I believe they are 15x7 or 8  with caps and chrome rings.  Thanks in  advance  Doc

They look to be repo wheels to me....$340 for a set of 4 bare wheels, $200 for the trim rings, and $250 for a set of caps (new prices)....total around $800 from summitt...I see nice sets of complete used repo 15 X 7 rallyes go for around $500 a set ato maybe $600. Now if they are original Mopar wheels, probably add $100-200 for the set depending on condition.

Most sets I've seen are in the $300 -$600 range, with $500 being the norm for a real nice set. And original set of 15 x 7s that have the date codes stamped that a restorer is looking for??? You're in eGouge territory now.

Dr V,

are those the light argent or the dark argent wheels caps ?  Im looking for light Argents, and there are some on eBay going for 150-160$ lately for a set of 4

I want to go Rallyes on my Challenger.

Ive got a set of Magnum 500s that Id like to trade, they are the Wheel Vintiques,  (2) 15x7 and (2) 15x8 they have the center caps and they look like new.  I bought them new at less than 2 years ago. They have been mounted to a car that sits in the garage.

Maybe we can work out a potential trade ?

PM me if you (or anyone else out there I guess) is interested in these Magnum 500s

EDIT:  the center caps alone, those are what I have seen on ebay (a bunch actually) those are what I have been seeing for 150$ on ebay.  NOT the whole wheel assemblies.
