I took a look at what you want and because of the number of letters they would be a little over 1/2" tall to fit in 4". it would be hard to relieve them as the cuda emblem.

Dan.... can you take a look at emblem you made me 2 years ago that never fit ( way too big).. I sent you emails and measurements multiple times (as you requested) and never heard back from you and finally gave up..  I would settle for the Plymouth emblem you have in the first post... Thanks !!

if you want me to remake what you have I will. Measure at the bottom of the recess and I will make it that size your pad looks like the recess is deeper than mine and with the taper is smaller than mine that I use for the size. The only thing I ask for is shipping because your in Canada.

 the one you sent 21mm high  97.5mm wide...        my dash is 18mm high 96mm wide  with more  rounder on the corners as well
