Hot dang! New Tail light bezels
« on: August 27, 2012 - 03:26:30 PM »
I got new tail light bezels and lenses from PGclassics but had to modify them a bit for the chrome piece to show through the way it was meant to be. I guess their mold is good enough for govt work eh? Even at those prices..... :clueless:

Anyway, anyone know a can paint that is really close to the tail pan black color? I need to paint them to finish up the rear. I could take them to a body shop but would rather save the dough.

My license plate is painted and ready to go as well!!!!

Thanks,
Bryan

What did you use on the rest of the tail panel?  If you had it sprayed with organisol then that's what I'd use for the tail light bezels.  You can get it in a spray can from Totally Auto.

Do a test spray of the Trim Black paint and see how closely it matches what you already have.

Great question, I believe it was sprayed on with organisol so I'll give Totally Auto a try.

I've been test spraying with my old bezels to match, some are close but not good enough yet.
